Counterfeit products harm consumers, undermine businesses, and reduce trust. Yesterday, Brian Masse, MP for Windsor West, joined the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) and the Canadian Anti-Counterfeiting Network to discuss the need for a robust border enforcement program focused on detaining counterfeit goods.

IPIC would like to thank Brian Masse, as well as Robert Whalen, Lorne Lipkus, David S. Lipkus, Richard Whissell, Melissa Tarsitano, Adam Kingsley and Jagmeet Singh, MP for Burnaby South, for their dedication in bringing attention to this matter.
